Who this notice covers
This notice describes the Orbit Orchard browser game and its supporting pages. The current version runs gameplay on your device and has no player accounts or public profiles.
Data used by the game
During a round, the game processes movement, collisions, score, elapsed playing time, and other game state in your browser’s memory. The application does not transmit that gameplay to a server. Closing or reloading the page ends the current round.
The game uses local storage to retain three records between visits. Local storage is browser storage associated with the site’s address; unlike a cookie, its contents are not automatically attached to requests for web pages.

These records have no automatic expiry set by the game. They stay in the browser where you played, without account synchronization or a remote game backup. The application does not sell, share, or send these records to an advertising service. You can play when browser restrictions prevent storage, although preferences and scores may not persist.

Information used to deliver the website
To show a page, the website host receives a request from your browser. A request normally includes the page address and the network address needed to send the page back; browsers can also send technical headers. The host or a security provider may record some request data to deliver the site, protect it, or investigate faults. The precise fields collected depend on the host and its configuration.
The host and any CDN or security service for the public deployment are not yet known. Their privacy notices, log configuration, data recipients, and retention periods therefore have not been verified. Before launch, identify the services actually used and update this section from their current documentation. The game code itself does not configure or control their server logs.
No analytics library, advertising script, external font, or third-party image request is included in the current game files.
Contact reports and correspondence
The Contact page lets you type and copy a bug report. The application does not save or submit that text. It remains in the page while it is open; your browser may separately retain form state. Selecting Copy writes the report to your device’s clipboard, which you can replace by copying something else.
You may email the publisher at support@orbitorchard.online. If you do, the publisher and the email provider may process the address and message contents to receive and respond to your request, subject to their applicable practices. Email is separate from the Contact page’s copy-only report tool.
Do not put passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details into a report. Your device type, browser, and reproduction steps are usually sufficient.
Advertising and external services
AdSense and other advertising services are not active in this version. The game does not set advertising cookies, build advertising profiles, or send scores and nicknames to ad networks.
If advertising or analytics is added, this notice must be updated to describe the services, information used, recipients, and available privacy choices before that processing begins. Any required consent mechanism must also be implemented and tested; this notice itself is not a consent mechanism.
Links you choose to follow to an external website open a service with its own privacy practices. This notice covers Orbit Orchard’s browser edition, not an external store or a separately distributed app.
Your local data controls
You can reset your best score or erase all three game records here. Close other Orbit Orchard tabs first: an open game can save its current preferences again after you remove them.
You will be asked to confirm before data is removed.
These buttons affect only Orbit Orchard’s game records, not other sites, hosting logs, messages, or your clipboard. You may also delete or restrict site storage in your browser settings. Blocking storage can prevent preferences from being remembered, but it does not prevent a round from starting.
Depending on applicable law and the data involved, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of personal information, object to certain uses, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. The operator’s identity and country have not been supplied, so this notice does not identify a specific data controller, supervisory authority, or jurisdiction-specific process. Browser-only records can be erased with the controls above. The actual operator should add a verified privacy contact and any procedures required where they operate.
Nicknames and younger players
No real name, date of birth, school, location, or contact information is needed to play. Use a made-up nickname and avoid putting personal details into it. Nicknames are displayed on the device, so anyone viewing that screen may see them.
The current game has no chat or direct messaging. A parent or guardian helping a younger player can clear saved preferences using the controls above. The intended audience and any child-directed advertising treatment still need to be confirmed before advertising is introduced; this notice does not create an age rating.
Updates and questions
The date at the top records the latest revision of this notice. Material changes to data handling should be described before they take effect, together with any choices required for the new processing.
